Brick Substation (Functional)
A small brick building which functions as an electrical substation. A bit dilapidated and overgrown, but it will still produce some power for your city!
It’s just a building, without props or extra details. If you want to build a substation or transformer yard (where you’ll often find these kinds of buildings) then you’ll find these assets useful too:

It’s placeable anywhere (on ground, no road connection) but it appears in the parks menu because of the template I used? Use Find It and Move It mods to easily find, place, and adjust it ingame.
It uses 2,526 tris and a 1024×1024 texture set, there’s also a custom LOD.
