[docs.google.com]This is a generic looking structure that is inspired from Hamburg S-Bahn facility’s washer plant. Washer plants are structures where rolling stock enter the pit area from one end and cleaned by using automatic washers along the pit, similar how car washers work. Washer plants are usually placed outside yard area (in a more isolated place) due to the chemical contamination from used products. Similarly, paintjob facilities are also placed same manner.
This pack contains the washer plant and a 1 track wide shelter, both with interiors modeled. They use same textures as ICE depot, thus LSM optimized.
– Does not contain any prop, can be decorated by the player.
– Does not come with doors, so you can set a custom door configuration by using door pack, listed as requirement.
– Does not contain any tracks, so can placed over existing rail infrastructure.
– Washers and various chemical tanks are already included in ‘Railyard’ collection. Refer the collection to get them as your choice.
