This is a complete remake of the modern hospital.
It is completely vanilla, so no required items needed.

This brick stone building fits any neighborhood, small town and big city.
It comes with a couple details:
– Emergency entrance walk-in (side entrance)
– Emergency entrance ambulance (double doors on the right)
– A technical side-building with oxygen tank (Airgas©) on the right.
– A two floor technical unit, near the rooftop HVAC at the right-backside of the building
– A seperate goods entrance and garbage disposal at the left-backside of the building
– A large main entrance on the left with big overhang
