Metro Cam
This cinematic camera mod follows the action in your city by showing you views of metro (subway) vehicles.
You will not see much, except what is above ground, so when the metro hits a station, you will see the station and lots of people.
Metro is very fast so the cam travels across the ground fast.
Perhaps there might be a way to enable an underground view?
Notes
Cinematic camera scripts are mods, so they disable achievements.
Vehicles and camera routines are picked at random. You may get duplicates in a row.
If no service vehicles are in the city at all, the camera will follow a random road in the city for 0 seconds.
Making your display totally black.

Observation of MODS with this game:
When adding mods, go to the content manager and enable the mod, then completely quit Cities: Skylines game.
Then you can restart it.
When you change anything in the CONTENT MANAGER you should restart the game before loading a save or doing another action like starting a new game or using an editor.
The interface hates two actions in a row.
