This asset presents you with a more realistic approach in the provision of fire services. It’s all about combining the workplace of a regional fire command and a regional ambulance command. This hybrid structure aims to provide timely, efficient and complete emergency services for your cims. In Hong Kong, maybe due to concerns in service coverage or land availability, it’s quite a norm for some fire stations to also host an ambulance depot. The 2 commands are in fact both under the leadership of the Fire Services Department.

This asset is definitely a must-have for service vehicle lovers! The building contains a 5-bay garage on its ground level, where you have plenty of space to fit your props in! The garage also comes with a polished interior, making it the best showcase area for your lovely fleet of fire trucks and ambulances!

Well, this is only an experimental product. It serves as a practice for us to try out the new textures and to develop more techniques in detailing. It also pushes us to make more improvements so that we can publish better assets in the future. Anyway, we’ve already tried our best here, so we really wish you’ll also like this project.

Not really! Those required items are completely optional. They’re just some props used for decorating the roof part of the building. You know, it won’t even break the game if you don’t follow the subscription. Just that you may have to spend more time decorating the empty roof yourself.

Yep! It’s indeed a partial recreation of the Sheung Wan Fire Station[goo.gl] in Hong Kong. Though the style is somewhat similar, it’s not exactly the same building. For example, the size is much smaller in this replica, and the ceiling height for the garage is much lower than the original. Probably it’s due to some sort of low-level mistakes we’ve made during the modelling process. But anyway it still looks fine.

Let’s not think of something dirty! The Latin word "c♥m" here simply means "combined with". Since the 2 commands are both under the same government department in Hong Kong, we need a word that better reflects this kind of close relationship. That’s why the word "and" may not suffice the context here as it gives a sense of disengagement.
