Description:

This is a Milwaukee B Interchange. It’s a ‘service interchange’, connecting a highway to a regular road network.

This interchange is similar to a Diamond interchange, except for the two additional ramps. These ramps make sure traffic coming off the highway only has to go right at the intersections, reducing the number of steps in a Timed Traffic Light to two per cycle.

– Lane connections have been applied.
– No clipping lightposts/streetlights (lights going through roads situated above them)

– Lane mathematics are applied for a good traffic flow.
– As always; flatten the entire area the blueprint/template covers.
– I advise to put a ‘Timed Traffic Light’ on the intersections.
– To fully enjoy this interchange you need to subscribe to a couple of mods. These mods do not affect your games performance. They only add extra very handy tools to your game.

Because ‘3-lane highways’ are the most commonly used highway type on maps, I’ve created this interchange to be connected (the highway ends on the interchange) to these 3-lane highways. The 4th lane on the 4-lane highways are used as exit and entry lanes.
