This mod uses Harmony[github.com]

Includes Functions:

Fast Return – It allows you to finish the game quickly.
Skip intro – Shortens the time until you enter the game.
Unlock Any Milestone
Achievement – Achievement can be achieved by activating mods
No Abandonment – Disable/Enable building abandonment live in-game
Disable Chirpy – Remove the chirpy
EnabledAutoCash – Get money automatically
Full Demand – Force infinite demand for residential, commercial and industrial zones.
No Fire – Disable/Enable buildings catching on fire
RICO Income – Change the RICO area income multiplier to increase the city’s revenue in the easiest way possible
Oil And Ore – Adjust oil and ore capacity.
Resource Goods – Stock your commercial buildings, zoned/plopped industry and shelters with an infinite amount goods
Transport Upkeep cost – Adjustment of maintenance costs
Service Upkeep cost – Adjustment of maintenance costs
Construction cost – Adjustment of Construction cost
Relocation cost – Adjustment of Relocation cost
Bulldozing building refund – Adjustment of the refunds for demolition costs of buildings
Area cost – Adjustment of area cost
Toll price increase – Changes the range on the toll booths to $1-$20 per car ($2-20 per truck)
Unlimited Unique Buildings – Unlimited placement of unique buildings.
