Maintainer: Chamëleon TBN for compatibility tests, catalog maintenance and updates.
Maintainer: rlas for compatibility tests.

Limitations and known issues
  • Not all mods have been reviewed yet. I’m working on more reviews.
  • Only Steam subscribed mods are reviewed. Local (manually installed) mods cannot be reviewed and are only mentioned in the report. So this doesn’t work on Epic Games.
  • Sometimes a catalog cannot be downloaded due to Google Drive download quota.
  • A catalog cannot be downloaded in (parts of) China, due to Google being blocked. We’re looking for a solution (different hosting).
  • This does not check your OS. Windows users might see notes about MacOS or Linux.
  • Incompatibilities are mentioned twice, at both mods. This is working as intended.
  • If you change the report type you need one time to generate one new report using the button

This has no compatibility issues with any other mod.

Additional Info

The mod will download the newest catalog with all compatibility information once a week, so you will always have the most up-to-date information. Cinematic Cameras are also mods and thus mentioned in the report. Map Themes are technically also mods, but they will be ignored and are not mentioned in the report.

Use the OPEN REPORT(S) button in the mod options to access easily your latest report(s).

The report will mention successors or alternative mods to use for subscribed mods with issues. The report uses Steam information and terminology (a mod creator is an ‘author’). The mod name as it appears in the Steam Workshop is used, which can differ from the name in-game.

I try to update reviews weekly, so the report might have outdated information for some mods with very recent updates or newly added mods. I base my reviews of mods on author provided information, user comments and feedback from reliable testers. I keep it neutral and fact-based, but some interpretation has to be done. Feel free to make your own interpretation of the information provided by the report. Your game, your decisions.

See the Discussions for an overview of planned features and ideas.

Special thanks to:

  • Krzychu1245 for coding the new version with the HTML report
  • Chamëleon TBN for catalog maintenance, logo, feedback, testing and helping with support and communication.
  • aubergine18 for the awesome Mod Compatibility Checker, which this was inspired on.
  • John Rambo, for his contribution to the code.
  • asterisk for feedback, testing and patiently explaning a lot.
  • LemonsterOG for being super helpful and patient on almost every mod page on the Workshop. LemonsterOG often used the old MCC for supporting users, and was an inspiration for creating this successor.
  • aubergine, BloodyPenguin, Tim and thale5 for publishing the source code of their mods, from which I use some code.
  • The TM:PE team for their comprehensive wiki information.[github.com]
  • AquilaSol and Avanya for their famous Google doc of known broken/incompatible mods. All information from that document is included in this mod.
  • All modders for their great and often game-changing mods, and the hard work they put into them. And for sharing their source code for re-use and education.
  • All modders and mod users that share their feedback and report their issues in the comments for all mods on the Workshop.
  • Everyone who provided feedback in a comment below, by the Google form or on GitHub.

This mod would not be possible without the cooperation of many modders.
