[DEPRECATED] Extended Managers Library 1.0.3

I’m an avid detailer, and the primary source of limitation when I build my city is the prop limit. That’s when I finally decided to create this mod, instead of going all PO which destroys my FPS.
Extended Managers Library is a mod that patches and replaces the games default prop framework in order to remove the 65k prop limit. This is a pre-release version stable enough for mainstream usage, and this comes after 4 months of testing and rework with people like Quboid, Algernon, sway, Chameleon, as well as the many wonderful testers on our Discord. Most of us had to sacrifice our playtime to programming during our free time, to realize this mod.
Mod Functionality:
- Prop rendering performance is increased (usually doubled FPS)
- Remove 65k prop limit
- Press CTRL + L to bring up Cities Skylines limits. The key is rebindable.
New in version 1.0.3
Reverted to old version, since new changes will need collaboration with Algernon to fix 81 tiles issue
I spent a lot of time optimizing prop rendering speed, so it can render props faster than the vanilla game. If you set the prop limit to 65k, the game will render props at more than double the speed. This optimization was necessary to leverage the cost of increased prop limit (The more props, the more time the CPU needs to go through them and render). Prop LOD render speed is still as slow as the vanilla game, and although I’ve found a way to overcome this limitation, it won’t land so soon as I’m focused on other areas at the moment.
In regards to the 64 prop limit in assets, this is a hard limit (and it’s real hard, as in we’ve only got 6 bits out of 32 bits to fiddle around with. Not much room there and going 64 bits is unrealistic in this game
This mod currently only removes limits on props, but will eventually remove limits on buildings and networks as well. Just removing prop limit was a few months of hard work, thus other limits might be a while before it’s realized.
This mod patches 100% of the default prop framework, meaning it uses Harmony to patch the prop framework extensively, thus is very sensitive to other mods trying to patch the prop framework, especially if it uses the now outdated detours method. The following is a long list of known mods that are incompatible, and will be continually updated as there are thousands of mods out there still needing to be tested:

You may reference this collection for a list of mods that is compatible.
Like my Tree Anarchy mod, if you decide not to use this mod after playing on a map, you can still load the map, but without the extra props that were placed when this mod was used.
This mod does nothing much by itself and needs to be used with Prop Anarchy in order to bring all the prop functionalities to make your game more enjoyable.
