Opened in 1960 and designed by Emery Roth & Sons, 80 Pine Street offers remarkable 360 degree views from the tower floors across the East River bridges, Brooklyn, Governors Island, and New York Harbor.
80 Pine is currently undergoing a complete renovation of the building lobby and street level facade, designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture
