Description:

A 2-lane, 24m road with buffered parking and parking/tree protected bike lanes!

Required:

• After Dark DLC – for the bike lanes to function
• Generic Tree Pack – for the curbside trees
• Zoning Adjuster – to remove the gap between zoning and the road

Can also be placed directly next to itself (actual width is 23.9m) and aligns seamlessly with my other 2-4 lane, 24m roads.
