A Hong Kong-style tenement building. The shops on the shop floor are altered versions of shops found in the real life Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong. With diverse types of shops to cope with the city’s demand.

This building is based on 60-74 Pei Ho Street, Sham Shui Po. The size of the building has been optimized to fit in the building lot in-game.

This is a high-density growable residential building. level 2, 1×3, right corner.
