A Hong Kong-style tenement building. There is a siu mei (roasted meat) shop and a fishball noodle restaurant on the shop floor.

This Building is modeled after 239-241 Ki Lung Street, Sham Shui Po. The size of the building has been optimized to fit in the building lot in-game.

This is a high-density residential building. level 2, 1×3.
