DDR Altneubau No.1
Hello Folks,
today’s asset is my first paid commission. A building set which fills the gap between my Altbau and Plattenbau assets.
These buildings are still built in traditional style, but uniform enough to be industrially manufactured. The term "Altneubau" connects both architectural styles.
I group them together with my other "Altbau" buildings, as they fit more with these traditional style buildings. My main focus for this series will be derelict and abandoned residential buildings, to fit well with the rest of my East German assets.
As always, feedback is greatly appreciated, and especially important for the start of this series so I can use it to improve my upcoming "Altbau" assets.

The 6 included buildings have been named by a system I hope is at least somewhat understandable.
"DDR" sorts them to my other assets from former East Germany.
"Altneubau" is the name of this building style.
"10×2/7×2/4×2" specifies the plot size.
The "No.1" stands for the general design/architectural style the building is.
"-A or -D" differentiates between the abandoned and derelict version.
The buildings can be found under their names, starting with "Altneubau" or alternatively by searching for "East German".
The roof on both versions is color-mapped, but defaults to white for the desolate version.
The derelict version only works like a residential building when placed via RICO mod, otherwise its a functionless unique building.
The abandoned versions are their own standalone buildings, which can be found and placed via "Find it! 2".
They do NOT replace the derelict versions once they get abandoned. These are purely cosmetic buildings.
All included buildings aren’t flush with the plot, when placing them next to each other, Move It is required.
Most of the textures are shared between the buildings, so using the Loading Screen Mod to cut down on file size is advised.
