Vanilla Middle Housing
This is a District Style of complete vanilla low and high density building selected for making a denser looking residential neighborhood!
This is my easy solution for the missing middle housing, the multi-family plexes houses and small apartments, perfect for stabilishing a good looking transition between the downtown and the suburbs. Sadly, the number of households is pretty low, because it follows vanilla settings.
It is 15 assets of all levels, with vanilla trees and props. The buildings footprint are 1×2, 2×2, 2×3 and 3×3.
