Overview
Allows you to use any road for external connection.

- Updated mod common.
- Updated NuGet CitiesHarmony.API to 2.2
- Updated compatibility check to automatically disable mod features, and will automatically warn to unsubscribe from this mod and use Network Anarchy instead.

- Remove the required Prefab and update to Harmony 2.
- Code Cleanup.
Function Introduction:
- Allows you to use any road for external connection, but it still requires you to unlock 81 Tiles and use road for external connections at the edges, and you may need Unlimited Outside Connections mod to increase the outconnection limitation.
- This mod won’t break your game and should not conflict with any other mods.
Incompatible Mods:
- Any Road Outside Connections – This mod has been replaced with a new framework.
