Abandoned Water Treatment Building
An abandoned water treatment building from Tallinn which is mostly covered in graffiti. All credit for the original model[skfb.ly] is due to Sketchfab user 3Di, who provided it as a free download under the Creative Commons Attribution[creativecommons.org] license. This was one of the first assets I downloaded when experimenting with importing 3D scans. I absolutely loved the roof details and graffiti and just had to see it converted to a building asset! However there are a couple of de-lighting issues I overlooked: some faces of the building are brighter than others, and there are a few baked-in shadows which were missed. I think all the different and unique details make up for these problems.
In game, it’s a generic decorative building/park which serves no function. Total tri count is 722 and the building uses 1536×1536 textures. The lot is empty except for vegetation and vent props placed on the roof. Use Find It mod to place in game (I have no idea where it appears in the default/unmodded game menus)
