This bait shop was inspired by Bernie’s Bait & Tackle in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn NY. Many thanks to citiesbydiana for help with the screenshots.

Rename the asset in-game if you would like to remove the Bait Shop signage submesh to make the asset more generic

Signage submeshes are of minimal size.

While not included in the decorations I do recommend my Ice Machine Prop. I have also linked the vent and lighting I did use for the decoration in the Required Items section.

This bait shop is part of my for my Little Italy collection. The collection focuses on independent Italian American businesses with appealing vintage signage that have endured for decades in places like NYC, Philly, Detroit, St Louis, SF, etc.. Expect to see pasta shops, cheese shops, cafes, bakeries, butchers and much more.
